Academic Resource is searching for a Master data & Contract specialist to Atlas Antibodies. In the role of your objectives will be to is to ensure the data integrity in various systems, drive improvement project and lean processes in line with the company strategy, as well as increasing Tender submissions in the Nordics. The position is a fulltime job and it’s located in Stockholm, Bromma. This is a direct recruitment for our client, with start according to agreements.


Key responsibilities and duties:
• Update and maintain customer accounts in CRM and D365
• Update and maintain customer pricing
• Support Channel Managers with customer pricing files, contract pricing and follow up
• Tender submission and post tender activities
• Contract management and follow up
• Ensure the data is accurate and qualified prior to upload
• Provides weekly and monthly reporting on CRM activities
• Act as the Super user of the CRM and D365 systems, create and maintain training material and provide training
• Contributes to projects and initiatives related to relevant systems
• Works closely with IT, Customer support, Marketing, Sales and other relevant departments


Qualifications:
• University degree in data & project management or 5 years work experience in similar position
• Previous experience using CRM system
• Previous experience with Master data management (meritorious with previous experience in Dynamics 365)
• Previous experience in Tender and contract management
• Fluency in English and Swedish, verbally and written.
