Description

Order Fulfilment Service Products, OFSP, supports the growth of our service business by perfecting the way Tetra Pak delivers services.

Master Data has been identified as a Corporate Asset and as such there is an increased focus on the quality of our Master Data objects that supports our entire OFSP process. Master Data is governed by Processes and each Process team is responsible for specific areas that need to be managed and driven by a Mas-ter Data Driver globally.

As a Master Data Driver you will be part of the OFSP Global Process team and report directly to the OFSP Global Process Manager.


Main responsibilities

- Ensure that our master data landscape adequately supports our changing business needs
- Drive continuous improvement activities
- Coach and support projects from a master data perspective
- Manage and maintain dialogue with key stakeholders and across processes
- Identify areas of improvement and initiate and drive special projects
- Establish, drive and document guidelines & policies for our global and local OFSP master data
- Provide Master data expertise to Global Process Owner/Global Process Driver


Qualifications

As a team member in a global environment, we believe that you will need strong strategic, communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership, process orientation, business understanding, service attitude and focus on results are essential to the success of this position. The preferred candidate has the ability to understand complex situations and to place priority and structure on work related matters.

You possess a University degree or equivalent work life experience as well as knowledge of Business Processes and especially OFSP and SAP/R3.

The work will involve international contact so it is essential that you are fluent in English and comfortable in communicating both verbally and in writing.

The position could require some travelling.
