Master Data has been identified as a Corporate Asset and as such there is an increased focus on the quality of our Master Data objects such as Customer Data and Pricing.Master Data is governed by Processes and each Process team is responsible for specific areas that need to be managed and driven by a Master Data Driver globally.

The position as a Master Data Driver is part of Commercial Practices in Sales Management, Commercial Operations.Commercial Practices establishes and delivers the best commercial solutions to our customers.Within this objective we need to increase focus of delivering high quality Master Data.As Master Data Driver you will be expected to review as-is set-up and define and drive improvements aligned with business needs.

You will also:

- Follow-up master data KPI's
- Coach/Support Sales Management projects from a Master Data perspective
- Drive cross process performance
- Improved Customer Satisfaction - 'Correct' price & rebate handling, Correct customer information and Correct partner functions
- Improved Customer Credit Management
- Analyze & segment Products & Customer Groups - Marketing related reports and Customer grouping

Accurate Sales Forecast - Correct Master Data to forecast and secure Supply Chain deliveries by securing capacity


Kvalifikationer

The successful candidate has strong communication skills with the ability to influence and adjust to different audiences at all levels of an organisation.You feel passionate about master data and understand how this will improve our business.A well structured and analytical mindset is a requirement.

We believe that you have a background from working with a global organisation with focus on customer management and master data.
