Master Data Management Specialist
Lynk & Co's business model is based on a digital platform and a data driven mindset where it is critical to secure and maintain accuracy of business/master data.
Lynk & Co is therefore seeking a Master Data Management Specialist to technically support business functions.
The Master Data Management Specialist will support with management and quality of business data input with other functional data owners to ensure master data integrity across the Operational processes in Digital Platforms. The Master Data Management Specialist will provide stewardship, governance and execution of master data system update/support, in terms of Commercial Offer products such as vehicle, spare parts and customer related services as assigned by business functions.
This role will work in close collaboration with business functions and coordinate relevant master data attributes and secure sync between other connected systems supporting commercial operation.
This role will also include leading test processes for global products and report issues via team backlogs.

The position is based in Gothenburg Sweden. The position includes EU wide responsibility hence can require occasional travel.
What you'll do
In this role you will serve as the subject matter expert for master data processes, and partner with cross-functional team members on master data training. You will guide and support business owners to define data ownership across business processes in relevant systems. Some key responsibilities are:
- Ensure quality of master data in key systems covering all the technical environments.
- Conduct master data training for cross-functional team members
- Conduct data cleansing processes to keep data up to date, eliminating or deactivating old, unused, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access.
- Actively participate in testing activities for global products. Report and follow-up issues via team backlog.
- Development and documentation of business data processes and governance together with functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance, including identification of areas for data quality improvement.
- Participate in implementation of system changes, such as user manual editing/revision work, conduct training for cross-functional team members
What you should have
- Be a driven problem solver who takes initiatives and responds to changing priorities
- Analytical skills with a good eye for details
- Documentation and organizing skills
- Understanding of basic IT knowledge, like API call
- Fluency in English - both oral and written
- Ability to travel
