Master Data Manager

On behalf of our customer we are looking for a Master Data Manager with a background from regulated companies for a permanent position in Stockholm City. The role

In the role as Data Manager you will be responsible for master data. You will be a part of Operations and shall ensure quality of product and logistics data in IT systems such as ERP, pharmaceutical traceability systems and document filing systems within the organization.

Main tasks:

Establish rules and processes for master dataSecure quality of master data in the company´s own systems and their partners´ systems (ERP, So99+, Tracelink, Farmalogg)Super user TracelinkEstablish and maintain risk analysis of IT systemsParticipate in integration projects (company acquisitions; ERP implementation etc.)Testing and documentation of systems and processesTraining of new staffDiagnose and perform correctionsSupport the organization with analyses and reportsSecure compliance of GDPR within the group companies

Experience and competence

A higher education in engineering or equivalent education is preferred for this position. We also value if you have experience from supply chain operations. Knowledge of high regulated companies (such as pharmaceutical or similar) is required as well as excellent data management skills. Full professional proficiency in English and Swedish is a must.

You are a skilled communicator with an analytical mind who works very well in groups and knows how to structure your workdays in an efficient way.
