Master Data Manager
Northvolt is looking for an experienced Master Data Manager to join our digitalization team in Skellefteå.

This role will be a master data expert for engineering and manufacturing data and changes, and interfaces with Cell Design Engineering, Process Engineering, Production & Material Planning and Quality.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Master data expert for engineering and manufacturing data and changes.
Subject Matter Expert, understand and communicate the meaning and use of information
Work with other data experts across the organization as the governing body for most data decisions and issue resolutions.
Act as a member of the Master Data council to propose, discuss, and vote on data policies and committee activities.
Coordinate and be the interface among different stakeholders to deliver a Manufacturing Bill of Materials, Bill of Process, Bill of Quality to production, ensuring the effectivity in PLM, ERP, MES for usage in Production.
Reporting weekly Master Data status to management.
Review Engineering Change Orders with NPI & Cell Design (ECO), special attention in materials for manufacturing trials and new products/BOMs.
Coordinate with master scheduler and production to execute on changing materials and BOMs, anticipate and facilitate the changes from a material level.

Education/Experience
Bachelor or Masters degree (preferred) of Science in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or similar.
5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering change management, or NPI.
Experience in/knowledge of systems like ERP, MES, PLM.
Deep understanding of master data and change management concepts.
Experience working in Teamcenter and Microsoft D365 is a plus.
Good to have project management experience.
Specific Skills/Abilities
Excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus.
