Information Systems has functional responsibility for IS within the business area Electrification in ABB Sweden. The department is tasked with standardizing and consolidating IS resources, responsible for active management and control, expert and know-how support as well as the delivery and development of efficient IS services.
In this role you will be leading Master Data Program in ABB Electrification Sweden.
This position reports to Business IS Manager.
Your responsibilities
Plan, prepare and implement the master data program deliverables (instructions, standards, solutions and services) in line with the Business Area strategy, targets and requirements.
Plan, prepare and implement ABB group Unified Data Model and transition into SAP Master Data Governance module, as a part of our Finance Transformation Program.
Support Business Area management (act as key master data contact person) and maintain overview of master data status.
Represent Country and Global master data level in all master data matters towards the local Business Area. Represent the local Business Area towards Group level.
Establish local master data community, share information about cross-functional topics and changes in common processes and systems. Keep master data community and stakeholders informed about all master data topics (especially systems related) through Business Area communication channels.
Act as a project manager in cross-domain master data projects that support both Global and Country master data strategy. Review changes and give input to local systems from master data perspective, align with the Group master data architect and Country Master Data Manager.
Cooperation with ABB Information Management (AIM) program, ensuring that AIM targets are understood.

Your background
Higher education in IT/IS, engineering, economics or business administration
Master data knowledge and prior experience from operations and development projects, good communication and coordination skills as well as leadership and stakeholder management ability
Project management and implementation experience
Pro-active approach to drive and deliver concepts and improvements and a thorough cross-functional business understanding
High analytical skills and ability to work with virtual teams
Good knowledge of SAP ERP, Master Data Management systems, Front-End Tools and BI solutions
Basic knowledge in system integrations and information management
Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike
