Our Exciting Opportunity
Group Function Finance & Common Functions are supporting Ericsson's strategy and strategy execution by safeguarding critical information for business decisions, monitor and manage various forms of risk as well as strengthening our strategy execution capabilities with a strong focus in driving company-wide improvement initiatives to secure profitable growth and efficiency gains. The ultimate measurements of success are improved financials and value-creation ahead of competition. The unit consists of Financial Control & Business Services, Corporate Audit, Group Treasury & Customer Finance, Global Real Estate, Group Security, Investor Relations, Finance Digital Transformation, Strategic Program Practice (SPP) and Mergers & Aquisitions.
We are looking for a Master Data Management Subject Matter Specialist for HR/ People to lead data to enable the business to efficiently and optimal operate and improve end to end flows and functional processes.
By executing its responsibilities, the Master Data Management Specialist ensures that master data quality meets the expectations from partners.
You will
Maintain master data
Provide master data expertize
Measure and control Ways-of-Working (WoW) end to end
Improve MDM ways of working end to end
To be successful in the role you must have
Experience from master data management
Experience from master data maintenance in SAP systems
Experience in Process Robotics and Automations
Advance skills in Microsoft Tools like Excel and Macros
Presentation skills
Process Management Skills
Project Management Skills
Team-working skills
Ability to adapt and promote on a Speak-up Environment setting
Willingness to make timely, fearless and fact-based decisions
