The Power Grids division is the world's leading supplier of power and automation products, systems and service solutions for the entire value chain from power generation to the transmission and distribution of electricity. The offer spans transformers, high voltage products, systems for power transmission and solutions and automation for integration and interconnecting power grids – to enable a stronger, smarter and greener grid.
Grid Automation Products is a business unit within Hitachi Energy division that is responsible for the development, marketing and sale and manufacturing of products for protection and control for generation, trunk networks and regional network applications. The unit's product offer consists of IEDs in the Relion® 670/650 series. The unit also offers services such as training to ensure customers get the maximum return on their investment in Hitachi Energy protection and control solutions.
Your responsibilities
Provide input for Sales and Operations Planning and provide information about feasibility of the plan in terms of capacity and material availability.
Master production schedule creation and maintenance. Load leveling and monitoring the fulfillment of plan. Outline strategic mid- and long-term scenarios.
Release manufacturing work orders to meet production delivery schedules.
Maintain planning parameters in ERP and planning system.
Perform standard and detailed ad hoc analyses for planning and fulfillment metrics. Drive improvement initiatives to optimize performance.
Compile and send weekly/monthly reports to business stakeholders.
Local SAP Super user for implementation of planning solutions.

Your background
To succeed in this role, you have in-depth knowledge in sales and operations planning
Experience in master planning and also knowledge in product and production process
Experience with ERP system (preferably SAP)
Skills in office tools
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
