Master Planner

Do you want to take on a new challenge in a rapidly growing global tech company? We're now taking the next step within planning and adding a position that will be responsible for the overall production planning at all Ymer sites around the world. You'll be located at our HQ in Stockholm, reporting to the Global Purchasing & Logistics Manager.

The main responsibility will be to assure efficient medium and long term planning within Ymer Group based on incoming material and available capacity.This means you will:

Drive the S&OP (Sales & Operations planning) process

Validate forecasts

Optimize planning globally

Hold regular planning meetings with all Ymer Sites

Overview master scheduling on a daily basis, monitor MO's, capacity, lead time and material

Coordinate with customer service team to assure outcome according to plan


The job requires appoximately 40 days of travelling per year.

We think you have an university degree within Supply chain or equivalent. You've got a minimum of 3 years experience within logistics and/or manufacturing preferably within a global environment. You have strong experience within ERP-systems. You're an advanced Excel user with good analytical skills. You are fluent in Swedish and English both written and spoken.

As a person you need to be driven, a person who takes ownership of tasks and sees the full picture. You're a good communicator and a person who can handle several ongoing tasks. You are curious and want to develop your career within logistics.
