We are looking for a Master Planner that brings in an advanced knowledge in processes and systems within master scheduling, planning and forecasting and can help HemoCue to improve the forecast and planning processes.
You will work closely across all functions of the organization and will develop forecasts and inventory plans, which will drive production, finished goods inventory and financial plans. Key challenges include balancing supply/demand and understanding demand volatility.
Your responsibility
Owner of and driver of the Sales & Operations planning process (PSI) in HemoCue
Balancing supply/demand and understanding demand volatility
Monitor and improve forecast accuracy
Communicates with Customer Service and commercial team when there are significant variations in product demand
Drive monthly forecast meetings
Performs root cause analysis of forecast issues and provide permanent resolutions
Determine total demands and capacity requirements as determined from Customer Service and Sales
Conversion of demand into production scheduling and coordinate scheduling and planning activities with production team leaders
Optimization of inventory levels of raw materials according to production/forecast plans
Use DBS (Danaher Business system) process tools to ensure sustainable delivery results
Coordinating planning activities across internal and 3rd party partners

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or equivalent
At least 5 years’ experience of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
At least 5 years’ of manufacturing materials experience including direct support of manufacturing product planning and scheduling
Possess strong interpersonal, influencing, problem solving and time management skills
Knowledge about standards and/or regulations affecting the quality management system e.g. ISO 13485/US FDA Quality System Regulation
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in English and Swedish
Working with individuals at all levels, showcasing professional communication and collaboration
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; including advanced skills in Excel
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and MRP
