HV Breakers (High Voltage Breakers) is a business unit within Hitachi Energy located in Ludvika. The unit has worldwide responsibility for the development, production and sale of high voltage breakers for both AC and DC power systems. High voltage plays an important role in reliable and energy efficient power systems.
Live Tank Breakers is the largest part of High Voltage products in Sweden. As the master planner you will have an extensive collaboration and coordination with all departments from quotation of new products to the final shipping to meet customer requirements. You will be part of management group of HV Breakers Operations teams.
Your responsibilities
Provide input into Sales and Operations Planning and provide information about feasibility of the plan in terms of capacity and material planning.
Master Production Schedule Creation, incl. load leveling and monitoring fulfillment of plan.
Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to enable the overall plan for the unit.
Maintain Planning Parameters in ERP and planning system. Perform standard and ad hoc detailed analyses for planning and fulfillment metrics and drive improvement initiatives.
Compile and send weekly/monthly reports to business stakeholders. Upcoming SAP Super user for implementation of planning solutions.

Your background
To succeed in this role, you have knowledge in sales and operations planning
Experience in planning and willing to learn about our products and production
Good knowledge of ERP LN and Excel
Experience in SAP is beneficial
As a person, you are social, analytic, accountable and flexible
You can demonstrate continuous improvement skills and are eager to take responsibility
Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
