Arbetsbeskrivning

Development of a digital tool to facilitate hybrid working

As the number of covid cases decrease around the world, people are slowly finding their way back to their old habits. For many of us, this means returning to the workplace which might look slightly different compared to before the pandemic. Hybrid working with some days at site and some days remotely is becoming more popular due to the many benefits of working from home. This raises new challenges regarding how we plan our work, if we want to make the most of our days in the office.

How can we make collaborations run more smoothly and let colleagues inform each other about when they plan to be in the office? Could there be a solution that could notify us when the colleague we need to talk to steps into the office, without anyone feeling monitored? Is it possible to have a tool that can display the available seats or that can predict when the office will be crowded? Our vision is that you, the clever student reading this, can help us. Help us develop a tool to make it easier to meet but also to plan our work both at home and in the office.
