Advanced Adhesive Bonding Processes for Energy Storage Systems

If you're passionate about shaping the future of the industry, we are currently looking for two driven students to join our Projects Assembly team to conduct their thesis project on advancements in adhesive bonding processes for Energy Storage Systems.
Background
Our production processes are in the midst of transformation, particularly for Energy Storage Systems. Adhesive applications play a vital role in battery design and manufacturing, serving key functions like thermal and electrical management, structural integrity, as well as protection of contact points, potting and encapsulation of electronics. This versatility is crucial, enhancing both the assembly process and overall safety, which is paramount in battery production. Optimizing adhesive bonding processes is fundamental for delivering top-tier battery systems.
Suggested scope
The master's thesis project will focus on researching and analyzing advanced adhesive bonding processes for Energy Storage Systems. The primary focus will be on comprehending the impact of diverse process parameters in various adhesive applications. The aim is to develop processes that adhere to the highest quality standards.
Skills & Requirements
The ideal candidates for this master's thesis project should possess the following qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Interest in manufacturing processes and quality optimization.
