This thesis is for the Product Management team of CCP Technology. CCP technology builds software to support post trade activities in cash and derivatives markets spanning from trade novation, position aggregation, P/L calculations, settlement calculation for cash/securities and financial risk modeling of positions and counterparties. The Product Management Team is composed by Product Owners, Product Managers, Product Delivery Leads, Business analyst and Pre and Post Sales expertise.


About the Student Master Thesis Program:


During the spring semester of 2024, start date in January, you will be part of the Student Master Thesis Program at Nasdaq, aimed primarily at students writing their thesis by themself. We are looking for our future colleagues and see this as an opportunity to introduce you to Nasdaq and our Umeå office. All our Master thesis students get financial compensation for completing their Master Thesis at Nasdaq.


Areas that we would like to explore further together with you (but not limited to):


We are looking for ways to improve the way we work with the future CCP Technology product. Such as Agile Requirements in a Business-Critical Product Line, Confidence in KPIs/Delivering with Quality, methods Porting Clearing Member after a financial default. The specific subject will be decided in collaboration throughout the recruitment process. We appreciate your own suggestions.


You will bring:


Studying Industrial Engineering and Management, or another suitable program, with an excellent GPA
An interest in working with technology and technical solutions
A strong inner drive and motivation, thriving in a fast-paced environment


It would be great if you have:


Relevant work experience alongside your studies
A love for mathematics and financial markets
