Master Thesis Student - Interaction Technology & Design
Nasdaq sits at the intersection between financial markets and the technology sector. During the spring semester of 2023 you will be part of the Student Master Thesis Program at Nasdaq, aimed primarily at students writing their thesis by themselves. We are looking for our future colleague and see this as an opportunity to introduce you to Nasdaq and our Umeå office.
Areas that we would like to explore further together with you:
User research, user journey mapping, wireframing & prototyping, design systems, accessibility, user tracking, or other suitable fields.
The thesis can be either a pure UX/design task, or with a technical focus
Topic Suggestions:
Applying ‘User First’ methods on established products
Focusing on accessibility in product development
Aligning products from a UX perspective
How to maintain a good user experience when delivering products with a modular UI approach
Monitoring user behavior, explore solutions and strategies for multi-product deliveries
The specific subject will be decided in collaboration throughout the recruitment process. We appreciate your own suggestions.
You will bring:
Studying Interaction Technology & Design
A strong inner drive and motivation, thriving in a fast-paced environment
It would be great if you have:
Relevant (work) experience alongside your studies, showcased in a portfolio
Experience using Figma
An understanding and sense of design aesthetic, and/or experience with front-end development (depending on topic focus)
