Job description:

Visionary work for the department towards set targets and strategies
The department’s customer focus and for the design and coordination of the products
Securing right current fashion, balance in the assortment and coordination of the department
Constantly follow and act on new trends and seek new opportunities
You ensure that the visionary material indication is translated into material directions and collaborate closely with our Global R&D Manager. You secure right seasonal developments within our price segment, sustainably sourced, all aligned with our buying strategy & our sustainably material roadmap.
You set the timeline, method and process for Component First together with Global R&D Manager and lead the internal process at BO towards the product

To be successful in this role we also see that you:
Have a fashion design education or similar
Combine a love of fashion and an understanding of retail and trends with a professional attitude and strong salesmanship
Like to inspire others and have the skills of communicating your vision
Have a great eye for details and extensive fabric/material knowledge
Are comfortable working with clear deadlines and understand what it takes to meet them



This is a full-time, permanent position, start date as soon as possible. The role is placed at our Head Office in Gothenburg, Sweden.
