We are now looking for a Material Data & Sustainability Engineer who is capable to build up and operate the company's material data management system.

This is a new role and important in the journey to measure how to push our environmental impact towards Zero. You will work in a global environment with a team with high ambitions. Will you join and make a difference in the sustainability area?

You will be a part the central Sustainability team which is a global operation and your colleagues are spread in Gothenburg, Skövde and Zhanjiakou in China. You will report directly to the Head of Aftersales & Sustainability at Aurobay, located in Gothenburg.

Main tasks
Build up and operate the processes below

• Collection of data sheets for Aurobay supplier parts
• Extract lists with part numbers, supplier and due date (in-house)
• Set up review rules (quality and compliance & customer requirements)
• Review in-coming data sheet (quality and compliance) (Intrinsic)
• Creation of data sheets for own manufacturing parts
• Submission of data sheets to our customers
• Extract lists with part numbers, customer and due date (in-house)
• Do the actual submission
• Handle rejections
• Change management: legal requirements, customer requirements and parts changes
• Material analysis and reports
• Internal reporting, scorecard etc

Qualifications and personality

• University degree or equivalent.
• Experience from or major interest in effective data management and IT-systems, IMDS is preferable.
• Database knowledge, preferable with programming knowledge.
• Experience or knowledge in environmental science, chemistry or material/substances.
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.

To be successful in this position you must be a self motivated, goal oriented, quality-driven, and capable of working with minimum supervision. You are also able to work in a fast paced, multicultural work environment and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You also bring a structured way of workingcombined with an analytical mind.
