National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB (NEVS) builds on the Saab Automobile AB legacy of innovative power, quality, progressive design and a firm commitment to environmental and safety issues. Our aim is to be a front runner in the automotive industry, with focus on electric vehicles.

Research, development and manufacturing is a match between Swedish know-how in manufacturing and design and Japanese advanced technology. Research and development is conducted as a collaborative effort between Swedish, Japanese, and Chinese engineers.

The plant at Trollhättan is the main hub of National Electric Vehicle Sweden, including head office, research & development and manufacturing. 


Description
To ensure that production meets legal and internal requirements regarding the content of substances, materials and recycling, we are in need of a Material Environment Coordinator who will work with
- the development of NEVS way of approaching IMDS (system of
  material and substance content in articles)
- data collection and verify it
- compile and report status in our internal system for both
  internal and external customers
- recycle calculations
- phasing of heavy metals

 
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has
- knowledge of IMDS, the ELV-directive and chemical legislation
  eg REACH
- knowledge of substances and materials
- experience of different systems and easy to learn new
  systems to obtain data for reports
- experience of reading and interpret legal texts

You master English, both spoken and written.
