Material handler Inbound department

Description
Responsible for the incoming and outgoing of materials, reagents, instruments or equipment to meet customer expectations which involve receiving, shipping, and inventory/material control. Performs manual and/or clerical duties that may utilize various systems / WMS involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment. Performs a wide variety of planning, scheduling, coordinating and reporting tasks in support of the manufacturing workflow. Coordinates and monitors workflow, assisting in scheduling and prioritizing activities in assigned distribution area. Maintains compliance with relevant local, country and international guidelines. May have responsibility for fulfillment administration and processes.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Physical goods receiving and arrival control
Handling goods receiving phone
Communicate and interact with other departments internal and external.
Adhering to the compliance of all legal and safety procedures.
Ensuring correct orders are received and put away in time.
Ensures that materials received are verified against pertinent documentation
Incidents must be reported promptly to direct supervisor/Manager
Keep warehouse and inbound areas audit ready.
Keep warehouse and inbound areas 5S ready.
Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time
Ability to efficiently coordinate workings with internal and external workers of the company
Truck driving mainly sit stackers and high reach stand on forklifts
Ensuring orders shipped to Brunna warehouse site in time.

Education and Experience (in years):
Experience or demonstrated warehouse skills required
Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and SAP required
Knowledge and experience with all warehouse functions.
Knowledge of Dangerous goods; ADR/ADR-S.
Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple and changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Great attention to details
Reliability and willingness to work hour needed to meet deadlines

Knowledge and skills:
Good knowledge of warehouse activities, incoming and outgoing.
Certified on required forklift equipment.
Ability to efficiently coordinate workings with internal and external workers of the company
Approaches others in a tactful manner; reacts well under pressure; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status.
Accepts responsibility for own actions
