Are you ready for a new challenge?
Material Handling in Tuve is now looking for a new manager for one of our departments in the day shift.
One of our highly respected managers will leave the role and start a new adventure in his career. For you, who will replace him it will be a big challenge. We hope you are ready because my team and I (and you) are ready. Most importantly, you will be responsible for delivering material in the right time and quality to point of use according to our standards. The department consists of approximately 35 employees, who are waiting for you. As a manager in MH you will manage 2-3 teams and be responsible for setting the targets for the department to contribute to the plants success, as well as support everyday firefighting, problem solving, and preventive work.
Who are you?
My personal opinion is that high performance evolves from having fun. That is why we built up a team were we have fun. You will be the last part of the puzzle and contribute to even more fun. You should be able to work cross-functionally and identify potential improvements throughout the different material flows and processes in Tuve. We are looking for a modern leadership where you will be helping your team and supporting them. Don't be the boss for your team, be the leader.
