Join us to take a key role in the Planning and Fulfillment Team of Smart Power Electrification Sweden. Our team is looking for a talented and passionate candidate to work within Logistics and Material Management. The right candidate thrives in an environment where you will have great variety in tasks and multitasking is one of your greatest skills. You enjoy working with others and have excellent communication skills, but you are also great with numbers and data analyzing. In this role, you will impact and drive the development of the replenish function forward together with a highly dedicated team.
Your responsibilities
Be accountable for ensuring high delivery performance by precise and adequate replenishment inventory through purchase orders.
Lead and strive for cost efficient and optimized inventory levels while keeping the service level high.
Drive and monitor deliveries from suppliers to ensure material availability, identify, manage, and prevent short- and long-term shortages.
Actively working with supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, quality, lead time, and flexibility.
Collaborate and maintain professional relationships with suppliers.
Responsible for calculating and maintaining the replenishment parameters to ensure material availability.
Address and act on issues when the arise aiming to minimize disruptions.
Actively drive and participate in various continuous improvement projects.

Your background
You have a university degree within relevant field or 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Supply, Demand, Production, MRP or Inventory Management.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English with the ability to prepare and deliver concise understandable information to co-workers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Problem-solving, and open-minded attitude thriving in a dynamic environment where no day is like the other.
Self-motivated personality who finds it easy to establish new relationships.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
Experience from working with material planning, SAP and Power BI is a merit.
