Randstad is now looking for a Material Master Administrator with experience in Agresso, SAP or similar ERP system for a european research company in Lund.

Scope: Full time, start ASAP and 12 months ahead (with the possibility of extension/employment with the client).

Job description:
As a Material Master Administrator, you will be responsible to ensure the effective, efficient and accurate creation of new material codes and maintenance of the Material Master on the Agresso ERP system. Your tasks will include;

• to support start-up of the material master, developing manuals, guidelines and procedures as well as delievering training and defining information processes.
• ensure that all material IDs are created according to the required standards and that material IDs are amended and up to date all the time. You will also support in developing and implementing new tools around ERP.
• ensure that correct technical advise is provided to the procurement and logistics functions before activating such IDs. You work with technical colleagues to develop suitable solutions and identify system interfaces.
• ensure reliability of metadata in the database and problems are identified and resolved.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate needs to have:

• education; high school or similar.
• minimum 1 year experience working with material master in SAP, Agresso or similar ERP system.
• experience working in an international environment.
• excellent oral and written English skills.

If you have minimum 2 year experience with Agresso Logistics Module and Product Master Data management as well as knowledge of other European languages, this is seen as an advantage but not a requirement.
