Technical Customer Support (Tech Support) is a key function within the sales organization that assists customers of SSAB with technical support and knowledge on our steel products. You will as an Engineer within Tech Support work to improve process solutions together with customers in order to help them increase their profitability. Both positions will be located in Oxelösund.
About the positions
Tech Support has an important role within SSAB and you will work in close collaboration with the sales force in order to develop customer relations which include, customer visits as well as participation in international trade shows, conferences and seminars. In your role, you will also lead technical projects together with customers, develop new applications and look for new business opportunities together with the sales organization. The position requires approximately 100 days of travel each year.
Your qualifications
Position 1
You have completed a M.Sc. or B.Sc. program in Engineering, and have preferably experience of work that is directed towards Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering or industrial production. Your English skills (written and oral) are excellent.
Position 2
You have completed a M.Sc. or B.Sc. program in Engineering, and have preferably experience of work that is directed towards Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering or industrial production. Your English skills (written and oral) are excellent. Fluent in French and/or Arabic is a requirement.
