Job Description
We are now looking for a Material Planner to join our logistics team. The department employs 20 people who support and help each other to provide the best service to our customers.
The team has undergone several changes and is therefore creating new ways of working and developing our processes. This position is therefore for those who are driven by challenges and who want to influence our way of working. With us you will also have an international network of contacts, which creates interesting career opportunities.
Your main tasks are customer order data entry, contacts and follow up of suppliers and with customers. Furthermore, your tasks include:
Ensure material availability for customer releases/call-offs by sending releases/call-offs to suppliers and track on time delivery of materials.
Plan exports to customers in accordance with the requirements of the disposition and taking into account the needs of the customer.
Ensure faultless MRP (material requirement plan) and correct mistakes.
Record and process outgoing deliveries.
Makes suggestions to reduce working capital (raw material, finished parts).
Coordinate Process "Develop & Launch" activities including engineering changes, SOP and EOP.
Conduct inventory spot checks.



Requirements
Minimum bachelor degree or equal by experience.
Minimum 3 years experience in material planning, dispatching or equal.
Used to handling different systems and have a good knowledge of Excel. If you have worked in SAP, this is a strong advantage.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both verbal and written. Good knowledge of German is an advantage.
Used to working with many deadlines and good with priority setting
Analytical capacity and good with numbers
Good at communicating in different situations and with all sorts of people.
