Electrification Smart Power Unit in Västerås develops and produces contactors, soft starters and pilot devices.
Join us to take a key role in the Logistics team of Smart Power Electrification Sweden. Our team is looking for a talented and passionate candidate to work with us as a Material Planner. In this role you will be reporting to Logistics & Material Manager.


Your responsibilities
Ensure a steady flow of various materials.
Responsibility for identifying the amount of materials to be ordered for the production.
Manage the inventory issues on a regular basis.
Evaluate short-, mid- and long-term supply needs, based on the inputs from multiple stakeholders as well as manufacturing and logistical parameters.
Schedule delivery of materials for optimal manufacturing runs and cooperation in production planning.
Evaluate short-term supply constraints and escalate issues appropriately.



Your background
You have a university degree within relevant field or, 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Supply, Demand, Production, MRP or Inventory Management.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to prepare and deliver concise understandable information to co-workers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Problem-solving, entrepreneurial attitude thriving in a dynamic environment where no day is like the other.
Self-motivated personality who finds it easy to establish new relationships.
Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a merit.
