We are doing interviews continuous, so don't hesitate to send you application to day Arbetsuppgifter As a Material Planner you will be responsible for your own portfolio of suppliers and part numbers. Your task is to ensure high availability of your spare parts and accessories to the lowest possible cost of capital tied up in stock, and control the flow from the suppliers to the Central warehouse. Within your own range you are responsible for achieving set goals, which means giving our customers the best service and increase profitability through the optimization of our stock. You will work close with both internal and external suppliers to reach goals and targets. An important part of the job is to analyze and follow up supplier performance, flexibility and lead-time. You should also pproduce analysis of stock management, both proactively and on demand. When needed you will take immediate corrective actions when diverging from targets The position requires daily communication and consistent focus on the requirements from the markets and business areas that gives you a wide network within the company. Utbildning/erfarenhet Qualifications: For this position we are looking for someone who is self driven, structured and business/customer oriented. You need to create and maintain relationships both inside our own company/business area's and with our suppliers. - University degree or documented experience from relevant areas such as logistics and stock management - fluent in English, a combination with other languages is an asset - very good knowledge in the Microsoft office package is required - high analytic + negotiation skills - excellent communication and networking skills - ability to work in a multicultural organization - a strong commitment to deliver at agreed time - sense of urgency - drive for improvements - high focus on supplier development - holistic view Some travelling is required Företagsbeskrivning Poolia is a leading Recruitment Consultancy, located in more than 20 cities in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany and the United Kingdom.
