Right now, we are looking for Material Planner for a consultant assignment at Alstom.

Placement: Stockholm, Liljeholmen
Assignement: the start of the assignment as soon as possible, and the assignment period is to the end of this year, with good chances for employment with the client after the assignment period.

Responsibilities
- Analyze material needs to secure the right level of materials.
- Create and maintain scheduling agreements and purchase orders.
- Following up with suppliers for open orders and order acknowledgements.
- Monitor supplier delivery performance to secure high OTIF level.
- Communicate deviations to relevant stakeholders in the Supply Chain and Procurement team.
- Work closely together with our Procurement team.
- Secure KPI’s are kept above the agreed target level.
- Anticipate ERP migration planned in 2023-2024 (from BAAN to SAP)
Qualifications
- Have a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management and/or have experience from a similar position.
- Preferably you have experience with Excel macros and SAP or BAAN
- Fluent in English
- You have good analytical skills.
- Have a positive mindset.
- Be a team player.
