Material Supply Specialist, Rubicon program – Temporary role
Introduction and Overview
As integral part of Rubicon program roll-out, led by strategic procurement, you will have in charge the Material Supply Management activities to secure the integration of new suppliers, with the right level of Service Level Agreement and information exchange, to meet our needs in term of lead time, order quantity, service level and cost improvement.
You will be involved from the tender process to the full implementation of new suppliers, in charge as well of the implementation planning strategies. You will work closely with the central strategic procurement organization, located in Switzerland. Other regional and global stakeholders include QA, Supplier Quality Management and Global Packaging.
This is a temporary role based in Helsingborg, Sweden. The expected end date in June 2021.
Objectives of the Position
Service Level Agreement with suppliers – from definition to implementation to secure our agility and inventory objectives (replenishment lead time, safety stocks consignment, Call Off rules, OTIF KPIs).
Vendor Management Inventory model definition and implementation with suppliers and MRP planning. Enable automated exchange of information-visibility on our requirements.
Phase-in – Phase out management of materials with no disruption of supply and no inventory impact, full soft switch implementation with suppliers and on manufacturing sides
KPI and reporting on the implementation progress at code level.
What you will need to succeed
It is essential that you are a goal and process-oriented person who is talented for networking in the international environment of Johnson & Johnson and have several years of experience in the supply chain area. Experience from working in an international environment is preferred. You understand the technical area and systems such as MRP/ERP. You’re used to work with tools within the Lean Supply Chain Design area.
We anticipate that you are a creative, pragmatic and proactive person who understands business dynamic and drivers. You must be reliable, self-driven, team oriented and eager to learn from others
Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering or Business school, or equivalent education.
Ca. 4-8 years of experience in supply planning or sourcing & project management.
A background in pharma/chemical/cosmetic industry is meriting.
Proficient in English language, written and verbal.
Location of this position is Helsingborg, Sweden.
