At Heart Aerospace we develop the ES-30, a regional electric airplane with a capacity of 30 passengers driven by electric motors with battery derived energy. The ES-30 is expected to enter into service in 2028.

We are now looking for a Material Support Specialist to join our Customer Support & Service team in Gothenburg. Do you have experience from aviation industry and want to contribute to a more sustainable future?

Your mission

The Material Support Specialist will lead the process to develop the spare parts operations, sales, repair and services during the implementation of the master plan for customer support and services up to and beyond the certification and entry- into- service of the ES-30.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Establish and implement the following processes:
- Spare Parts Sales and Warranty Management
- Repair Management, Exchange and Expendable Program
- Ground Support Equipment Rental/Lease & Sales
- Spare Parts Special Program and Operation
- Spare Parts Planning, RSPL, IPL and inventory control

Support Customer demands, coordinate meetings and report development progress and performances.

- Tailor the integration among PLM, ERP, CRM e-Commerce and logistics provider systems (3PL).
- Support the establishment of the Global Logistic Network.
- Define the Spare Parts Compliance and Export Control strategies.

You will report to Head of Customer Support. Your place of work will be at our main office located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Education/Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in either engineering, Business Management or similar
- Minimum 10 years’ experience leading aviation Spare Parts business, Repair Management and/or Customer Support & Services activities in aviation
- Experience in the development and implementation of a Spare Parts policy and price definition
- Experience in Spare Parts Operation Center and Special Programs
- Strong experience with ERP, CRM and e-Commerce system implementation
- Experience in Project Management and system implementation
- Experience establishing Spare Parts process flows and standards SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Experience with Airline Spare Parts and Logistic operations
- Strong experience in Lean as a standard tool for constant evaluation and improvements is a merit
- Experience as Product Owner and Scrum Master for process and system development is a merit
- Experience working in a start-up environment is a merit

Specific Skills/Abilities

- Knowledge of Aircraft and Spare Parts warranty requirements and procedures
- Knowledge of FAA/EASA regulations, Import/Export regulations, Quality Control and Hazmat standards is a merit
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
- Eagerness to work with others
- Passion for aircraft and electrification of the aviation industry
