What you’ll do
Coordinate activities within Materials organization to provide manufacturing with materials.
Act as a pivot between Materials specialist, Suppliers and Global sourcing to solve day to day materials issues.
Work with Manufacturing, Sourcing, SQLE, R&D, Suppliers to generate continues improvement ideas and implement those ideas that lead to bottom line results.
Establish and develop positive Supplier relationships with key suppliers
Represent Materials in NPIs, Open projects and transfers.



Who you are
Bachelors Degree and 4 years experience in operations management OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years applicable operations experience
Be a dynamic and strong leader, capable of driving change, efficiencies and improvements across different functional boundaries.
Experience of day to day work in ERP system
English and Swedish as working language both written and oral
Demonstrated ability to influence across large and multi-geographic organizations – experience of operating and leading in a global role
