The Role

We are looking for a person who will take new market shares in Europe and begin the visionary journey together with the rest of the team of Mavera.

Your daily work will be to target insurance companies and create a consensus within the organization about the business value of Mavera’s solutions. To be successful, you must approach your prospects strategically and orchestrate your team members from Sales, Marketing, Product, and Management wisely.

Mavera's solution is somewhat complex and creates value in many ways, so you must know how to communicate on multiple levels and convey different value benefits depending on if you’re discussing with claims handlers, underwriters, or c-level executives

Your credibility during discussions with the market will increase if you have knowledge of the insurance industry, AI, or/and IT software solutions.



About You

We believe that you have experience of working in the European market and opening large accounts. You are a senior business developer with great drive, it is you together with the CEO and VP of Sales who will realize the vision!

As more interactions are becoming digital, is it desirable that you are familiar with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot.

- Experience from account-based sales - penetrating large organizations
- Being able to efficiently make things happen
- Experience in selling enterprise software solutions
- Strong relationship builder
- Are ready to travel to Europe




Since Europe is your target market, it is not vital that you live in Sweden or speak Swedish. Knowing other European languages and cultures is highly valued.

Experience and a network within the insurance industry are not necessary but a big plus.
