Merchant Banking, SEB's division for corporations and institutions, offers talented students an exciting opportunity to work in the demanding fields of banking and finance during some intense summer months. The program runs during the summer 2011. It starts off with an introduction in Stockholm and ends with presenting the learnings for managers, colleagues and other summer interns. During the assignment, you will be involved in SEB business activities and explore the environment within global trading and commercial banking. You will be guided by at least one tutor. Description of Internship project: CRM, Client Relationship Management, has the overall responsibility for the bank s corporate and institutional clients. CRM Advisory is a specialist unit within CRM that is focused on advisory related pitches, analysis and presentations towards Large- and Mid Corporate and Institutional clients. The group is also responsible for the credit analysis that is performed within CRM. The Summer Analyst will gain experience from advisory related data gathering, financial analysis and modelling. Our advisory concepts are mainly related to Capital Structure and Working Capital issues, corporate ratings and overall Treasury performance, and our clients are large Nordic corporates. Your work would also entail limited Credit analysis work in conjunction to transactions and Annual reviews.
