About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Developer to our Global Hardware Methods and Tools organisation.
The Global Hardware Methods and Tools provides Support towards R&D Hardware developers globally within Ericsson.
Your role will be in the mcad team and include all activities related to maintain and develop the mechanical cad design environment.

What you will do
Perform business support of our mechanical design environment
Interact with internal and external stakeholders
Drive continuous improvements of our design tools and processes
Develop competence and best practice in mcad domain
Share knowledge and learning globally
Secure global information sharing (SharePoint, Newsletter, etc.
Identify and work on impediments
Flow optimization
Innovation and improvements


You will bring
Educational Background: Mechanical Engineering or similar
Minimum 5 year of relevant experience
Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
Experience from MCAD design environment, support or designer, preferable from PTC
Business understanding
Ability to work with people and networking skills
Innovating, adapting and responding to change mindset
Curious & logic mind, good at analysis.
Fluent oral & written English skills.
Coaching & Mentoring Skills
