McKinsey's European consumer goods and retail research group (ECI) is looking for a Research Analyst ECI is part of a broader knowledge network of 800 professionals worldwide and consists of 15 consumer goods- and retail dedicated researchers located in several offices across Europe. As a Research Analyst, you will gather, analyze, and synthesize trends and insights on the European consumer goods industry and retail sector to help consulting teams solve client-specific problems.The role also involves proactively building functional and industry knowledge in selected areas and being up to date with the latest developments. Based in our Stockholm office, you will work in an international and exciting environment with the opportunity to develop an outstanding perspective on industrial and functional topics and to serve the leading global consumer goods and retail companies. Profile of ideal candidates . Master of Science degree in business/economics with distinct performance . Recent graduate with up to two years of work experience . Solid understanding of economic, financial and general business concept . Proficiency in English and another Scandinavian language . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Excellent multi-tasking and time management abilities .
