Your future duties and responsibilities
Working as a MDM Informatica architect at CGI means a varied everyday life. Here you are offered the opportunity to influence solutions and build IPs both in local customer deliveries and in major global commitments. You can work in small, short projects in a few months to large, long commitments. We participate in and run projects and commitments on site at our client´s, but mainly from our local offices. We work both individually and together with other colleagues in our projects. Our assignments are carried out with the support of established methods and models based on industry standards.
As an MDM Informatica architect, you will be responsible for bring expertize within the MDM area. You will be part a team who deliveres to our larger clients in the banking sector.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Deliver and support the MDM solution including architecture, development and support operations using the Informatica MDM platform.
• Minimum 8 years of recent experience in areas of Master Data Management solution design & architecture using Informatica MDM preferably in Banking domain.
• Gather functional and technical requirements as inputs into the overall solution design.
• Create/modify technical and business solutions architectures (logical and physical).
• Perform analysis and documentation for system design; use specific technologies and tools in keeping with current technology trends and standards.
• Design and configuration of matching and merging rules and cleansing and deduplication rules.
• Ability to deliver full lifecycle MDM projects for clients including Data modeling Metadata management, as well as to translate and implement data mappings.
• Hands-on experience with installation and configuration of core Informatica MDM Hub components such as Hub console Hub Store, Cleanse Match Server and Cleanse Adaptor.
• Informatica Certifications (Informatica MDM, Big Data MDM, MDM Hub Administrator, Hub Developer, Informatica Developer) preferred.
• Experience working in Agile delivery setup with different frameworks, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
• Exposure to and conceptual understanding of data integration tools and technologies such as Informatica PowerCenter
To succeed in the role, we are looking for you who have strong drive with client focus. You have experience from MDM and solution creating and are used to working with complex environments. You are fluent in English and have an academic degree in computer science / technology / engineering.
