In the role of MEA Power Quality Sales Manager you will be working specifically for the Power Quality segment of BL PGGI promoting our technologies and solutions for the complete FACTS portfolio, including: Dynamic Shunt Compensation (DSC), Series Compensation (SC) and C Railway Electrification.
Your responsibilities
Nurturing and developing the opportunity pipeline, working with Utilities and Industry Customers from project planning to order award.
A strong technical sales ability with a deep understanding of Power Grid's solutions is essential for aligning ABB's unique technical solutions with customer’s specifications
Educating internal teams in PQ Solutions.
Educating clients with PQ Solutions via Seminars and Workshops.
Participation in regional events (Cigre etc).
Leading and empowering the local MEA Power Quality Team ensuring compliance with PGGI Sales Process, including Capture Team selling.
Regular interaction with COC Sweden.

The position involves frequent travelling

Your background
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
You have relevant experience in Power Electronics / FACTS solutions
You have 10-15 years of experience in the field
You have had previous international exposure
Since we are global company, it is important that you are fluent in written and spoken English
You are able to work remotely and manage remote teams.
You are a team player with collaboration as keystone to success
