Mechanics are the TIER employees responsible for keeping our fleet healthy and repaired, and ensuring we have as many healthy scooters on the streets as possible. The mechanic teams are responsible for warehouse organization, triaging and repairing damages, and helping ensure a smooth transition of the influx and outflux of the scooters to and from the warehouses.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Quickly and comprehensively checking scooters in the WH for damages
Determining the best workflows to fix as many scooters as efficiently and quickly as possible
Ensuring organization in the warehouse and a smooth transition of scooters coming in and out
Helping inventories and monitor spare parts and supplies
Keeping the warehouse clean and organized
YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Passion for two-wheelers
Professional experience in mechanical engineering, mechanics, electronics or similar and curiosity to familiarize with new topics
First experience with the repair of automobiles, bicycles or ideally e-bikes
You are a team player, active, energetic and search for solutions independently
Hands-on attitude, smart, reliable and safe!
