This is us
At Marine Test & demo center we are around 30 creative and positive colleagues divided into two teams. We work in a beautiful place called Krossholmen, with a marine environment and we work with awesome products! We believe that the key to success is team work and a work environment where we encourage each other to take individual responsibility. Hmm, that seems like a pretty strange equation to me, you might think. Individual and team work at the same time. Well, I thought so too before I started here. But that is actually the truth. At Volvo Penta we also always encourage people to be creative. Because in a changing environment as the one we are now facing we can't know everything.
Everyone in the team is very helpful and supportive, both at work and private, and we have a very good atmosphere. We always have “Friday-Fika” and we like to plan after-works every now and then to bring the team together even more. For example, we visited Liseberg before the summer vacations and in November we have scheduled shuffleboard! Sounds pretty fun right?
