Systems Engineering within Tetra Pak Carton Economy is a new operational organisation focusing on product and technology development of filling machine systems for the economically growing markets of the world.As Mechanical Analyst & Simulation engineer your main responsibilities will be to provide support to product and technology development projects in the area of forming and theoretical simulation of mechanical components, structures and systems.You will also drive long term know how and competence development based on identified needs from Carton Economy, with the mission to improve quality and decrease lead time in development projects.
Your main task will be to:
- perform strength and deformation analysis of machine components and structures
- develop motion profiles for filling machines and distribution equipment
- perform conformity calculations and documentations for verification of lifting situation and platform stability
- theoretical modelling and simulation of the package forming process
- experimental tests and analysis of the forming process in machine systems
- standard method development and criteria definitions development
The position offers varying, stimulating and challenging work tasks with the opportunity to grow in exciting new areas of simulation within state of the art leading method development.
Kvalifikationer
We believe you hold at least Master's degree in Mechanical engineering, Physics or Civil Engineering and have minimum 3-4 years work experience.You are experienced in mechanical structural analysis (e.g.with Abaqus, Hyperworks, Pro/Mechanica or Pro/Mechanism).Further you have a very good command of English, written and spoken.
As a person you are self-motivated with a strong personal drive and a structured work manner.Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills makes it easy for you to interact with colleagues within different competence areas.You are open-minded with an interest to learn and you feel comfortable working in teams as well as independently.Your pedagogical skills combined with your ability to link theoretical models to reality will be highly valuable.
