Who are we, your new colleagues? What is our offer to you?
We are a dedicated group of engineers within the R&D department providing mechanical solutions for our products, customers and special projects. At the R&D department we are networking and collaborating with our production, suppliers, sales team and customers in order to accomplish the best results together. You will find yourself in an environment with very experienced engineers having a solid background in creating and developing solutions for this type of machinery.

Role description
As a mechanical design engineer, you will work with both customer and internal requirements, functional descriptions, new development as well as product maintenance on mechanical systems for construction equipment vehicles and in other engineering projects. You will do layouts, concepts, calculations to design and document mechanical solutions in close cooperation with your electrical and hydraulics engineering colleagues and creating drawings and BOM’s for Purchasing and Production use. Later, you follow up your solutions in production and sometimes finishing up with functional tests. Summarized you will in follow and carry your solutions from concepts to finished and customer delivered products which creates excellent possibilities to expanding your role into new directions.

Who are you?
Well, we don’t know yet. But to succeed we claim that you need to be structured, accurate and curious. Further you see things that need to be done before they have even occurred and are comfortable to take own initiatives to solve such situations. You have also a high positive energy level which you always try to transfer to your colleagues. We also believe you have:
At least a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Some years’ experience as design engineer in the field of mechanical engineering
Fluent in Swedish as well as English, verbally and in written
Good knowledge about 3D models, drawings, BOM’s and mechanical components
Knowledge in Inventor or similar system is an advantage
Experience of FEA and/ or designing welded constructions is beneficial
Experience and a strong interest to develop further in the field of hydraulic design is very beneficial
