CTEK has long lasting relations with more than 50 of the world’s premium car manufacturers such as Lamborghini, Porsche and Ferrari. We also have an extensive network of distributors, retailers and pure online players like Clas Ohlson, KGK and Amazon, which enables us to bring out our products to more than 70 countries. CTEK is also taking an active part in transforming the transport solutions to be greener, as one of Scandinavia’s largest providers of infrastructure solutions for charging electric cars with customers such as Vattenfall and Stockholms Stads Parkering.
We are now hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer to the Development Team at our head quarter in Vikmanshyttan, Dalarna.
What you do
In this role you will secure that our new developed products fulfill the targets set by project, with respect to functionality, quality, and cost. You work with mechanical design work, material, and component selection as well as functional verification. Documentation of mechanical design, manufacturing -and test instructions is also a part of this role.
Furthermore, you support the organization within mechanical testing as well as quality- and production related questions and issues and you contribute to the improvement activities for the Mechanical Design processes. Within our projects, you will ensure that the delivery to the project is fulfilled within given time- and cost frames and you will contribute to the Project Management with time- and cost estimations for the project planning.

Your skills
You have a couple of years’ experience within mechanical design for electronic products. You easily manage 3D CAD software and PLM systems. You have a master’s degree within mechanical engineering or equivalent.
