Mechanical Design Engineer (Mekanikkonstruktör)

We are now looking to expand and strengthen our team of engineers and developers to perform assignments on client-sites within Östergötland.

We believe that you are, either a knowledge hungry and ambitious junior, or a senior who wants to broaden your view and get the chance to try different type of assignments. We also believe that you have a genuine interest for creating technical solutions with elegance, simply put, your design solves problem in a smart way and is well thought thru with regards to the whole life cycle, such as simple to manufacture and easy to assemble. We also want you to have a good practical touch since the work sometimes requires you to do prototyping and tests to solve questions that arise during the development process.
It is a merit if you have experience or knowledge with any of the listed fields below:
DFM - Design for manufacturing
DFA - Design for assembly
CAD/CAM
Test and quality assurance
Strength calculations and analysis
Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing

Requirements:
Bachelor or Master’s degree from Mechanical engineering, product development or similar, alternatively +10 years working experience.
Experience from using some sort of CAD-system, for example Catia or SolidWorks.
Is fluent in booth Swedish and English.

Employment: 100%, permanent, start as soon as possible or according to notice period.
