One of the main activities in D&E Carton Bottle apart from looking after the Tetra Top business is to develop a new Asptic Carton Bottle platform to take on the threat from Aseptic PET.In order to do so Time To Market (TTM) and increased robustness of our solutions is vital.To achieve this we have embarked on a very exciting journey to change our ways of working extensively.We have accomplished a lot but there is still a lot to do.
We work extensively with new Systems Engineering practices to ensure full system integration and fulfillment of requirements.We have begun to explore virtual engineering and plan to do much more in this field as well as other engineering excellence elements.
Within the Reel to Sleeve sub system, the responsibility is to develop technical solutions to transform reels of packaging material into sealed sleeves in our machine-platforms A6 and TT/3.We are looking for an experienced Mechanical designer to strengthen our committed team to secure equipment competitiveness.
As a Mechanical Designer at Carton Bottle you will be working in a high focus area and will be a part of the future success of our platforms.You will have a holistic focus on design and will be involved in the development face from start to end including field testing at our customers.
You will be working with:
- Calculations/FEM,
- Simulations and analyses in Pro/Engineer (Dynamic/Kinetics)
- Coordinating design and development activities, internally and externally according to corporate standards and product specification
- Development and documentation of functions that meet set specifications
Kvalifikationer
In the position we can see a team player with high personal drive.You will need to see the advantages of sharing your knowledge and building networks.Analytical skills and accuracy is obviously important competencies.
We believe that you have at least 5 years experience combined with a University degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.To be successful you will need to have extensive experience from working with Mechanical Design with knowledge of production techniques and understanding of testing.A key factor to success is to feel the passion for designing machines.Experience from working with robust design and Pro/Engineer will be advantage.
