Mechanical designer to Randstad Engineering!

Job description
We at Randstad Engineering are now looking for an experienced mechanical designer with problem solving capabilities for a consulting assignment at Siemens in Finspång. Are you skilled in understanding the context from conceptual design to cost effective manufacturing? Then don’t hesitate to apply!

Responsibilities
Primary task is to create CAD models and drawings for the design of a prototype taking into account sub-scale / full scale cost effective conversion from prototype. You will work in a project team, where Siemens is developing a new fossil free product.

Qualifications
Required skills:
- Master of science in Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Engineering within mechanical design.
- Preferably 5+ years of experience from relevant areas.
- Knowledge on processing systems or steel design or pressure vessel or vacuum vessel designs.
- Experience in component selection, talking to suppliers.
- Very good communication skills in English and preferably Swedish.
- Experience in working with P&ID.
- Previous experience from working at Siemens is beneficial from the perspective of the systems used.
- Skills in NX CAD (/ Teamcenter) are necessary.
