In Linköping, we’re developing our camera systems. As a site, our responsibilities range from electronics and optics to software and vehicle testing. All vision development teams are working cross-functionally based on agile principles.
What you'll do?
As a Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for the design of the vision systems and central compute units. You will have many contact areas, both internally and externally, with international clients and suppliers, as well as colleagues in other departments.
You will be part of a small tight application team where everyone is involved in the daily work and jointly conducts ongoing projects. Your work assignment includes design of enclosures of electronics and camera systems for car applications, requirements management, supplier contacts, and be driving in further development of methodology and processes within the mechanical department.

You have Mechanical Engineering degree, with a few years of experience and applied knowledge in the following tools and methods:
- Catia V5 - 3D Modeling and 2D Drawing
- Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T)
- Knowledge of materials properties
- Design of details in die cast aluminum and injection molded plastic
- Mechanical design with regards to EMC and thermal characteristics
