Mechanical Engineer

Dynapac rollers (both soil and asphalt), are used in road construction working areas all around the world, normally in very harsh environments with high demands on safety, reliability and productivity. We are now looking for Mechanical Engineers to strengthen our team.
You will be working in the Heavy Compaction Design & Development department with mechanical design from requirements specification to verified solution. We work in close cooperation with the other departments within the product company, but will also work together with the other product companies to create synergy and standardization in our product offering world wide.
Among the tasks:
- Develop efficient and state of the art design solutions within mechanical design
- Establish documentation/drawings for production and purchasing
- Establishing requirement specifications
- Work with risk assessment, e g FMEA and CE
- Perform dimensioning, theoretical verification and in some cases practical verification
- Be the technical representative for supplier interaction
Experience requirements
You have a proven experience within mechanical design using 3D CAD, preferably Creo.
Any of the following additional experiences is meriting:
- Design of Mechanical systems
- Selection of components
- Establishment of technical requirement specifications
Knowledge
It is important that you have a good knowledge of English, both in written and spoken form.
Educational requirements
You have a Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Personality requirements

Further, you have a strong ability to work in teams, both local and international teams but also to independently pursue issues within your own area of responsibility.
