Mechanical Engineer

Climeon develops, produces, commissions and services Heat Power systems, converting waste heat and geothermal heat into clean electricity. Climeons Heat Power modules contain advanced mechanics, challenging thermodynamic processes, demanding control software, state of the art cloud solutions, high performance power electronics and much more. We are now looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our Research & Development team. As a Mechanical Engineer at Climeon, you will have an important role in the core of our product development where you will be designing and testing Climeon products, both in house and at customer site, as well as working together with our suppliers. Your main focus will be designing our new products, but you will also help maintain existing products and updating drawings.

To succeed in this role, we seek someone with the following:

- M.Sc. within Mechanical Engineering or similar
- A few years’ experience within the field (CAD, low volume production, machine design)


- Fluent in English, Swedish is a plus.

We consider it a plus if you have knowledge within any of the following areas:

- Pressure vessel design and classification
- Welded structures
- Rotating machines and their bearing & lubrication systems
- Thermodynamics
- Piping & Instrumentation diagrams
- Hands-on mechanical work
- Low volume production
- Cooling systems
- Turbines
- Pumps
