Your tasks:
• pre-sales stage to interface with customer needs and update the solution according to customer needs
• Technical communication with suppliers and in-depth refinement of solution.
• Assist sales engineers to promote projects, negotiate resources from various departments, and ultimately lead the completion of technical bidding work
• Research and study the industry's cutting-edge technology, discover the industry's pain points, and develop new equipment development direction
• Assist in the daily management of the department such as the standardization of solutions
• Responsible for coordinating and resolving major deviations between the solution and design during project execution and completing deviation reports and cost analysis reports.
What you bring with you:
• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical related disciplines.
• At least 2 years' experience in mechanical design, experience in R&D of photovoltaic equipment is preferred.
• Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, Solidworks and other 3D drafting software.
• Proficient in design and manufacturing, various mechanical structures and transmissions, mechanical manufacturing processes and pneumatic and hydraulic applications.
• Conscientious and responsible work ethic
• Good communication skills in English and Swedish and any additional European language is a merit.
