About the position:

As a Mechanical Engineering you will have a variety of assignments such as planning, designing, and modifying machinery, equipment, and products. You will also co-ordinate activities internally and with other groups to effectively accomplish objectives requiring knowledge of associated functions and related engineering fields.

In addition, you will work with:

* Ongoing development projects and continuous development work.
* Concept development and realization, participate in various product verification tests from early prototype testing to final verification.
* 3D CAD design and modelling, mechanical design for converter valve components including design calculations, preparation of design specifications and technical documents.



About you:

In order to succeed you must have a general technical interest, be responsible and able to take initiative. A structured and analytical approach to the work will be essential. Furthermore, teamwork and collaboration are keys to success.

We are looking for a person with the following profile:

* Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* 3 to 5 years' experience within Mechanical Design and New Product Development.
* Fluency in English -written and spoken. Proficiency in Swedish will be an advantage.
* Strong proficiency in 3D-CAD modeling is a must, ideally in NX environment.
* Good understanding of mechanical core competences such as material selection, manufacturing methods and basic understanding of electrical technology.
* It is meritorious if you have experience from working with, programming with C#, C++ and/or knowledge of Team Center PLM system and SAP.
